Based in Nottingham, Myles is a paediatric nurse specialising in haemodialysis — balancing long shifts and long runs, and somehow keeps the energy for both.

Once a British U20 bronze medallist over 800m, Myles is now testing whether that old track speed can carry him through 26.2 miles. 😬
