🏃♀️ Welcoming Lucie Tait-Harris to the Marathons for Miracles gang!

Originally from Wolverhampton and now based in Shropshire, Lucie’s an #England Masters runner with four national vests across 5k and 10k events — and a 2:58 marathon under her belt. 💪🇬🇧

She’s currently recovering from a knee injury 🥲, but that’s not stopping her from being part of the Staffordshire leg in January. Hopefully she'll be happier running at my steady pace!

Post-run refuel 😋 — after a marathon, a pint of Guinness + black and pizza; after a 1500m or 5K, tuna, spinach + rice, or a Maccies on the way home (my kinda gal!)
